Retired World of Motion Ride-Thru The now retired World of Motion was an opening day attraction at EPCOT Center in 1982. It was closed in 1996 to make way for the new, high speed ride, Test Track. Omnimover vehicles took visitors scenes that were populated with Audio-Animatronic figures and some projection effects. It was a whimsical look at the history and achievements in transportation and was an interesting idea for a ride.
